With over 16 years’ experience in the recruitment industry, Nicola’s expertise as our Packaging Manager lies in her ability to source great candidates, build strong, loyal relationships and introduce the right people to the right companies. Having set up the packaging division working in tandem with Hollie James, it grew to become the established and successful division it is today. She has expanded the division, and now manages a talented team of sector specialists.

Nicola is highly skilled in identifying what it takes to accurately position and align a job applicant to a particular position and/or organisation, she thinks outside the box and is creative whilst remaining credible and professional in what is a demanding and technical sector.

With a background in sales and customer services prior to joining Future Recruitment in 2007, Nicolas’ unflappable and calm nature help her to build strong working relationships with clients and candidates alike and she thrives on working in a high-pressure environment and the responsibility and rewards that comes with it.
