Our client is a highly accredited branding and graphics business specialising in vehicle branding, fleet rollouts, signage, and architectural wrapping. Quality is non-negotiable, and we expect the same mindset from every Installer in the team.
They're hiring an experienced vehicle wrapper who can come in, own the role, and set the standard. This is not an entry-level position and not a training role. They are looking for someone already working in the industry who understands materials, process, and finish quality and takes genuine pride in their work.
You'll be installing high-end vehicle wraps, fleet branding, and commercial graphics for well-known UK brands, working from our purpose-built, temperature-controlled workshop and on-site nationwide when required.
If you're confident, detail-driven, and want to be part of a business that values quality over shortcuts, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Full vehicle wraps, partial wraps, and fleet graphics to a high professional standard.
- Working confidently with cast films, laminates, and specialist materials.
- Installing vinyl graphics on vans, cars, HGVs, and specialist vehicles.
- Maintaining excellent prep, application, and finishing standards.
- Identifying issues before they become problems - and fixing them properly.
- Working efficiently without compromising quality.
- Supporting and setting the benchmark for other installers when required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a vehicle wrapper within the signage / graphics industry.
- Strong working knowledge of 3M, Arlon, Avery Dennison materials.
- Excellent attention to detail - clean edges, neat finishes, consistent quality.
- Confidence working independently and taking ownership of jobs.
- Solid understanding of materials, tools, temperatures, and installation techniques.
- Professional attitude on-site and in the workshop.
- Full UK driving licence.
This Role Is Ideal for Someone Who
- Is already an experienced wrapper and wants a stable, long-term role.
- Is tired of rushed jobs, poor standards, or being dragged down by weak teams.
- Wants their skill and experience to be recognised and trusted.
- Takes pride in their name being attached to the finished product.
