Our client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Signage Assembly and Letter Maker to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the fabrication, assembly, and finishing of a variety of signs, including 3D letters, illuminated signage, vinyl graphics, and other custom-made products. This role requires precision, creativity, and a strong understanding of materials and signage production techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and fabricate a wide range of signs including 3D letters, LED illuminated signs, acrylic, aluminum, and vinyl-based signage.
  • Operate machinery such as CNC routers, laser cutters, vinyl plotters, and other fabrication tools.
  • Cut, shape, and prepare materials (acrylic, aluminium, PVC, MDF, etc.) for sign production.
  • Apply vinyl graphics, decals, and digital prints onto various substrates.
  • Handle wiring and installation of LED lighting for illuminated signage.
  • Ensure all signage is produced to company standards of quality, accuracy, and finish.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with design and installation teams to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Perform quality control checks before dispatch or installation.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in signage fabrication, assembly, or related field.
  • Hands-on experience with CNC, laser cutting, and vinyl application preferred.
  • Good understanding of sign-making materials and finishing techniques.
  • Basic electrical knowledge for LED wiring (advantageous).
  • Ability to read and interpret design drawings and technical files.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
