SIGNAGE ALLROUNDER

LEICESTERSHIRE

£Open DOE + 20 Days + Bank Holidays + Over Time

HOURS OF WORK: Monday to Friday 7.00am to 3.30pm OR 8.00am to 4.30pm

Our client is a professional trade only sign manufacturer in the East Midlands, specialising in internal and external signs, with in house facility to manage project from start to finish
Our client is looking for a motivated and reliable Signage Allrounder to join their team. This role is based in the print room and involves operating print equipment, preparing and setting up artwork, cutting materials, and supporting general production tasks.

Responsibilities / Requirements:

• Operate in the print room (e.g. Roland, Plotters or similar).
• Set up artwork files for print using software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDraw.
• Trim, cut, and finish printed signage accurately to specifications.
• Assist with vinyl application, mounting, and signage assembly when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the print room.
• Perform basic equipment checks and maintenance.
• Work closely with team members to meet project deadlines.
• Handle materials and assist with inventory control.

Requirements:

• Previous experience within the signage industry is preferred.
• Understanding of artwork setup and print finishing processes.
• Proficiency with design software (Adobe Suite or similar).
• High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Hands-on approach and a strong work ethic.
• Able to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
• Willing to assist in various aspects of production.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in the signage industry.
• Familiarity with laminators, cutting plotters, or CNC routers.
• Manual handling or forklift experience (not essential).
