LOUGHBOROUGH, LEICESTERSHIRE

Salary: £Open (Depends on Experience) + Pension + Other Benefits (TBD)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm

Our client is an established provider of bespoke signage and large format print solutions, this well regarded business offers a full service from design and fabrication to finishing and installation. They work across a range of internal and external signage including banners, window graphics, 3D signs, totems and more, and pride themselves on high-quality craftsmanship and customer service.

This dynamic signage and large format production business are seeking two skilled Sign Makers to join their friendly team. This is a hands-on manufacturing role working with a variety of signage materials and processes.

As a Sign Maker, you'll be responsible for producing signage from design through to finish, supporting print, laminating, fabrication and preparing signage for installation or delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacture high-quality signage to specification using various materials.
• Operate large format printing equipment (Epson) and finishing machines.
• Laminate printed graphics and perform accurate cutting and finishing work.
• Support production workflow to meet deadlines and quality benchmarks.
• Assist with deliveries of completed signage when required.
• Potential support with small installations on client sites.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised workspace.

Skills & Requirements

• Previous sign making or signage production experience.
• Experience with large format printing and finishing (preferred).
• Familiarity with CNC machinery beneficial but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Full UK driving licence, role may involve deliveries and light installs.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
