Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, self-sufficient sales professional who can contribute immediately to business growth.
The role will involve selling the full portfolio of packaging, print and mailing solutions, with a focus of approximately 60% new business development and 40% account management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities
- Manage, nurture, and grow an existing portfolio of customer accounts
- Conduct client meetings to understand requirements and present tailored solutions
- Actively source and convert new opportunities across a diverse product range
- Apply effective sales strategies to maximise revenue across the packaging division
- Build strong, long-term commercial relationships to drive repeat business and sustainable growth
Requirements
- Proven experience selling commercial print, packaging, and/or mailing solutions
- A proactive and positive sales approach with strong industry connections
- Demonstrable ability to build and maintain long-standing client relationships
- Strong commercial awareness and confident negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
- Self-motivated, well-organised, and target-driven
