SALES DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - NON ALCOHOLIC DRINKS LABELLING

Salary Circa £60K + Bonus (Up to 20% of Salary) + Company Car + Pension + Death in Service Benefits
Join a global leader in label manufacturing, renowned for delivering cutting-edge labelling solutions to the beverage, consumer goods, and industrial markets. As part of their continued UK growth strategy, they are seeking a Sales Development Manager with a strong track record in developing new business and managing existing accounts.
Preferred experience in the Non-Alcoholic Drinks sector: including Dairy, Bottled Water, Soft Drinks and Juices, will be highly advantageous.
The Role:
- Drive new business growth while managing an existing portfolio worth up to £2 million.
- Identify and develop opportunities across targeted markets, with a focus on non-alcoholic beverages.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term growth.
- Work with internal teams (R&D, production, marketing) to deliver tailored solutions.
- Monitor account performance, provide accurate forecasting, and meet / exceed sales targets.
About You:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B sales, ideally within manufacturing or packaging.
- Proven ability to win new business and grow existing accounts.
- Sector experience in non-alcoholic beverages preferred.
- Strong understanding of self-adhesive labels, barcoding, labelling solutions and associated products.
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working remotely with UK-wide travel.
