Our client is a market leader with an international customer-base, serving a broad range of customer sectors. Delivering high-quality graphics services that support the creation and production of consumer-branded labelling and packaging. Their expertise spans the full lifecycle of packaging graphics - from concept development and artwork creation to pre-press and print management - ensuring brand consistency and visual impact across a wide range of consumer products.
They are now looking for a skilled Reprographic Mac Operator to join its pre-press team. This role is central to ensuring accurate file preparation and quality output for both Flexographic and Digital printing workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparing, stepping, and quality-checking artwork files according to production specifications.
• Working closely with internal teams, you will help deliver high-quality, press-ready files that meet customer expectations and technical requirements.
• Prepare artwork files for production using supplied specifications for both Flexo and Digital processes.
• Perform stepping and layout of artwork for output to flexographic plates and digital presses.
• Conduct thorough quality control checks on both single units and stepped files.
• Collaborate with other Operators to maintain consistency and accuracy across projects.
• Ensure all work meets internal quality standards and is delivered on time.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Demonstrated experience in a reprographics or pre-press role.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Practical experience preparing files for Flexographic and Digital print formats.
• Knowledge of Esko Automation Engine and workflow systems (preferred but not essential).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
