Office Based - Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm Friday 8am to 4.00pm
My client is leading specialist in visual branding solutions; the company provides high-quality signage and graphic services to a wide range of sectors. From vehicle graphics and shop fronts to large-scale exhibition displays and bespoke interior branding, they combine creative design with expert production and installation.
They are looking for a Project Coordinator with an administrative focus to support day-to-day operations and project coordination, this role requires a strong background in administrative management, scheduling, documentation, and internal coordination.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth internal workflows, accurate record-keeping, and timely delivery of key milestones across multiple projects.
Responsibilities / Requirements:
- Experience in either Signage, Graphics or Van Conversion would be of an advantage
- Quoting new jobs and ensuring they are added onto the system correctly using the clients quoting software (training will be provided on this)
- Job scheduling and general administrative tasks, seeing jobs through from quotation to them going live.
- Maintain project documentation, including timelines, status reports, budgets, and team communications.
- Liaise with internal departments to gather and distribute information efficiently.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise across competing deadlines.
- Self-starter with a proactive, can-do attitude and a collaborative approach.
- Willing to help where needed working in a collaborative manner
