PRODUCTION ALLROUNDER - SIGNS & GRAPHICS

LANCASHIRE

Up to £32K DOE + Overtime + Pension

Are you a hands-on signage or large-format professional looking for a fresh challenge with a company that values quality, teamwork, and long-term growth? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and highly regarded Signs & Graphics manufacturer in Lancashire.

Due to continued success and a growing workload, they are looking for an experienced Production Allrounder who can bring skill, reliability, and enthusiasm to their busy production team.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll play a key role in producing high-quality signage and graphics across a wide range of materials, using modern kit and working alongside a supportive, experienced team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating large-format printers: Agfa Anapurna, Canon Colorado & Kongsberg
• Laminating and finishing work to a high standard
• Cutting, weeding, and applying vinyl across multiple substrates
• Operating plotters and ensuring artwork is produced accurately
• Reading and interpreting designs confidently
• (Bonus!) CNC router experience - training can be provided

• Proven experience in the Signs & Graphics industry (essential)
• A versatile operator with a proactive, solutions-focused attitude
• Someone flexible and eager to get involved across production
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work
