NEW BUSINESS SALES MANAGER - PHARMACEUTICAL, VITAMINS, SUPPLEMENTS, MINERALS & BODY CARE PACKAGING

Our client is a global leader in the design, manufacture, and supply of plastic packaging solutions. With in-house quality-compliant design, development, and fully accredited cleanroom manufacturing, they specialise in PP, PET, HDPE, and LDPE bottles. Their products are trusted across pharmaceutical, vitamins, supplements, minerals, and body care sectors, supporting brands that demand both functionality and regulatory compliance.

They are now seeking to recruit a New Business Sales Manager to further expand their commercial team. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in client-facing sales, either internally or externally, with a strong technical understanding of plastic packaging for health, wellness, and pharmaceutical markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive profitable sales growth by achieving set targets and promoting the company's wide-ranging packaging capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term partnerships.
  • Implement quality-driven customer service strategies and territory planning to maximise sales opportunities across pharmaceuticals, vitamins, supplements, minerals, and body care sectors.
  • Actively engage, acquire, and manage new customers to deliver business expansion.
  • Introduce innovative packaging solutions and processes to meet evolving industry and customer needs.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts and pricing agreements in line with company objectives.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal departments to achieve commercial goals and seamless customer support.
  • Maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

What The Company is Looking For:

  • A self-motivated, organised professional with the ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the initiative to drive business growth in competitive markets.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, wellness, or body care packaging sales-or a related technical sales role-is highly desirable.

This role offers flexibility to work remotely or from the office, with regular office visits required.
