Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key national accounts, providing tailored label solutions and ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.
- Identify and capitalise on opportunities within existing relationships to expand product and service offerings.
- Collaborate with internal technical and production teams to deliver innovative, commercially viable solutions.
- Provide market feedback, competitor insight, and sales forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Deliver engaging presentations and product training to customers and distributors.
What You'll Bring
- Proven success in digital or self-adhesive label sales, ideally with knowledge of flexo or digital print technology.
- A strong track record in business development and account management within print or packaging.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office for sales reporting and pipeline management.
- A motivated, results-focused mindset with the ability to work independently and hit ambitious targets.
- Based in or near the Midlands, with easy access to national motorway links.
