• Experience working within flexible packaging manufacturing (essential)
• Strong understanding of production processes and machine operation
• A commitment to quality, accuracy and health & safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work shifts depending on site requirements
• Live in the UK
