LITHO PRINTER - NIGHT SHIFT

Salary: Up to £32,000 (dependent on experience) + Overtime paid at 1.25x + Workplace Pension + Health Cash Plan + Death in Service + Tech Scheme + Cycle to Work Scheme + Ongoing development and training opportunities

Hours of Work: Night Shift: 6:00pm - 6:00am / 3 x 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours total)

We are recruiting for a leading print solutions provider known for producing high-quality print across a range of sectors including packaging, commercial print, and specialist applications. With continued investment in cutting-edge technology, the business operates advanced lithographic presses and provides a modern, forward-thinking production environment.

Due to ongoing growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Night Shift Litho Printer to join the team, working on a Heidelberg XL 106 10-colour perfector press.

This role is ideal for a skilled press Operator looking to work with high-spec equipment in a fast-paced and professional setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain a Heidelberg XL 106 10-colour perfector press
• Ensure consistent high-quality print production
• Monitor print runs, colour consistency, and registration
• Troubleshoot and resolve press issues efficiently
• Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Follow all health, safety, and quality procedures

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience operating lithographic printing presses
• Experience with Heidelberg presses, ideally XL 106, highly desirable
• Strong technical knowledge of press operation and maintenance
• High attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work independently on night shifts
