LARGE FORMAT & POS OPERATOR (SWISS Q / ZÜND)

NORTHAMPTONSHIRE

Salary: Up to £32,000 (dependent on experience) + Overtime paid at 1.25x + Workplace Pension + Health Cash Plan + Death in Service + Tech Scheme + Cycle to Work Scheme + Ongoing development and training opportunities

Shift: Double Day Shift (6:00am-2:00pm / 2:00pm-10:00pm) - Shift pattern currently negotiable

We are recruiting for a leading print and display solutions provider, specialising in high-quality POS and large-format print for a variety of sectors. With continued investment in cutting-edge digital print and finishing technology, the business offers a modern and dynamic production environment.

Due to ongoing growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced POS Operator to join the team, working across SwissQ digital print machinery and Zünd cutting systems.
This role is ideal for a skilled Operator with experience in large format and POS production, looking to join a forward-thinking company with excellent equipment and growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain SwissQ digital printers and Zünd cutting machines
• Produce high-quality POS and large-format print work
• Ensure accuracy of cutting, finishing, and print quality
• Set up and prepare jobs efficiently to meet production schedules
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine or production issues
• Work collaboratively with production and design teams
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
• Follow all health, safety, and quality procedures

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience operating SwissQ and/or Zünd machinery
• Background in POS or large-format print production
• Strong understanding of digital print and finishing processes
• High attention to detail and quality control
• Flexible approach to shift work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
