KBA PRINTER

LOCATION WEST YORKSHIRE

Salary: £45K+ (Dependent on Experience)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (rotating shifts)
Monday To Thursday: 6:00am - 2:00pm / 2:00pm - 10:00pm / 10:00pm - 6:00am
Friday:6:00am - 11:30am / 11:30am - 5:00pm / 5:00pm - 10:30pm

We are currently recruiting for an experienced KBA Printer / Decorator to join a well-established manufacturing business based in West Yorkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled print professional to work within a fast-paced production environment, delivering high-quality output on specialist rigid substrates.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain KBA presses to achieve optimal print quality
• Produce high-quality print onto specialist rigid and pre-formed packaging substrates
• Ensure all work is completed in line with production schedules and quality standards
• Carry out colour matching, registration, and in-process quality checks
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues to minimise downtime
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
• Work closely with production and quality teams to ensure consistent output
• Adhere to all health & safety and company procedures

Requirements

• Proven experience operating KBA / litho printing presses (experience with rigid or specialist substrates is highly desirable)
• Strong understanding of print processes, inks, and colour control
• Ability to work effectively within a shift-based production environment
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify and resolve machine issues
• Team player with a proactive and flexible approach
