We are seeking an experienced Installation Manager to oversee and coordinate installations, both via in-house teams and subcontractors. The successful candidate will ensure installations are executed safely, on time, to specification and in line with brand and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead team meetings, toolbox talks, and periodic performance reviews; identify training needs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation: site reports, installation records, timesheets, subcontractor records, permit / access paperwork.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management / project leads regarding installation progress, issues, and resolution plans.

Person Specification / Candidate Requirements

  • Ability to coordinate logistics: scheduling, materials, site access, subcontractor management and record-keeping.
  • Good understanding of Health & Safety practices; ability to enforce safety standards on site.
  • Full UK driving licence (given site-based travel).
  • Willingness to travel to sites.
  • Qualification in SSSTS is beneficial but not essential (or equivalent site-safety qualification or experience).
