INSTALLATION SUPERVISOR - SIGNS AND VINYL

Our client is one of the fastest-growing sign companies in the North West. Based in Lancashire, they specialise in the design, manufacture and installation of a wide range of signs and graphics both locally and nationwide.
Due to continued expansion, they are seeking an experienced Installation Supervisor to lead and support the Installation team. This role will involve overseeing on-site installations, ensuring quality standards are met, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and carrying out hands-on installation work when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising and coordinating daily installation activities across multiple sites.
- Leading a team of Installers, providing guidance, support and training.
- Overseeing the installation of signage products including high-level installations, post-mounted signage, illuminated signage, built-up letters and general wayfinding.
- Hands-on installation work and workshop duties where needed.
- Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard, following all H&S requirements.
- Liaising with clients confidently on-site, conducting site surveys and resolving any installation issues.
- Managing installation schedules, preparing job packs and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Ensuring vehicles, tools and equipment are maintained and compliant.
Essential Attributes:
- Proven experience in signage installation with knowledge of a wide range of products and materials.
- Leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work confidently with clients on-site and solve problems proactively.
- High attention to detail and pride in delivering work to a professional standard.
- A full driving licence.
Advantageous: SSSTS, CSCS, PASMA and IPAF certifications.
