An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Installation Assistant to join our client at an exciting time of growth. They are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking individual to work alongside the Lead Installer as part of a two-person team. All equipment, tools and transport are provided.

Supporting and taking direction from the Lead Installer, the successful candidate will assist with the installation of signage and graphics products, ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards of quality and safety. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone looking to develop their skills within the signage and graphics industry.

Duties

  • Assist the Lead Installer with the installation of signage, vinyl and graphics.
  • Prepare materials, tools and equipment for each installation project.
  • Ensure installations are completed safely and efficiently, following health and safety regulations.
  • Support with site preparation, measuring, positioning and finishing tasks.
  • Conduct basic quality checks under supervision to ensure company standards are met.
  • Maintain the company vehicle, tools and equipment, reporting any issues as required.
  • Represent the company professionally when working with key accounts and household brands, maintaining a smart appearance and positive attitude at all times.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience within signage, graphics, construction or a similar hands-on environment preferred (minimum 1 year desirable).
  • Willingness to learn and take direction from the Lead Installer.
  • Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
  • Full UK driving licence required.
  • CSCS card preferred (training/accreditations can be provided).
  • Physically fit with the ability to lift and handle materials as required.
  • Monday to Friday role, with flexibility required to accommodate project demands when necessary.
