Hours: 7.45am to 4.30pm / 8am till 2.30pm on a Friday

Our client is a successful signage company based in South Wales who are currently looking to recruit a Graphics Manager to join their busy team.
Our client seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphics Manager to lead and oversee their visual design and branding initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, production, and team leadership, ensuring that all visual materials meet high-quality standards and align with brand identity.
They need someone with the ability to take the lead and ownership of the team, which includes up to 4 people including printers and production staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design team in creating compelling graphics for print, digital, and signage projects.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual communications.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to translate project requirements into effective visual solutions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Review and approve all final designs before production.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continually enhance the creative process.
• Mentor and provide professional development opportunities for design team members.
