GRAPHIC DESIGNER (JUNIOR/MIDWEIGHT/SENIOR) - POS AND DISPLAYS

NOTTINGHAMSHIRE (Office based preferred, with some flexibility)

Salary Range: £25,000 - £50,000 (Dependent on experience) + Holiday Entitlement: 26 days + Bank Holidays

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm

A well-established, creative business based in Nottinghamshire is seeking two talented and passionate 2D Graphic Designers to join their growing, award-winning design team. With a heritage of delivering exceptional results for a diverse portfolio of high-profile global and high street brands, this company provides a collaborative and supportive studio environment where creativity and innovation thrive.

This is an exciting opportunity for junior through to senior-level designers who are eager to bring fresh thinking to in-store retail design and packaging concepts, with a strong emphasis on branding and impactful visual communication.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Delivering engaging and original 2D creative concepts for semi-permanent and permanent retail displays, as well as packaging solutions.
• Developing vibrant in-store designs that enhance brand presence and connect with customer demographics.
• Building brand-led moodboards, design routes and competitor research tailored to specific briefs.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with 3D designers, engineers and project managers to ensure seamless delivery from concept to execution.
• Managing multiple briefs in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities with ease.
• Presenting and communicating ideas confidently to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Supporting the studio team with asset creation and photo retouching where required.

What We're Looking For:

• A strong design portfolio showcasing creativity, strategic thinking, and attention to detail-particularly in branding, retail, or packaging.
• Demonstrable experience working within a creative studio or aligned industry.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to articulate and defend creative decisions to both internal stakeholders and clients.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign as standard).

Ideal Candidates:

• Junior to Midweight Designers (1-5 years' experience): £25,000 - £35,000
• Senior Designers (5+ years' experience with a strong track record of leading creative projects): £40,000 - £50,000
