FLEXO PRINTER - FLEXIBLE PACKAGING

CHESHIRE

£EXPERIENCE DEPENDANT + Pension + Overtime

Hours: 37.5 hrs per week / 3X 12 Hr Continental Shifts on a 4 week rotation (No Saturdays) with 7 days off then 4 days off twice in a month.

My client is a high-quality BRC approved converter of printed and plain flexible packaging, in both mono and laminate structures. Our client operates a fast-paced work environment with high standards.

They currently have vacancies for the right person to join their growing team as a Flexographic Printer. The role provides an excellent opportunity for the right candidate and is ideal for a driven, enthusiastic individual with experience on a Flexographic Press who is friendly, approachable, and flexible.

Responsibilities:

To set up and operate a variety of colour printing and ancillary equipment, reduce set up times, change over times, and downtimes - ensuring machinery is set up and ran at maximum output.
Running the flexo press machines and highlighting any issues/problems.
Perform appropriate functional quality tests for operations performed on all equipment.
To produce printed products to the highest of standards.
Consistently achieve productivity targets.
Ensure all work is produced using specific materials and equipment taking responsibility for allocation, issue, and return of raw material.
