Salary £29,563.16 + 20 Days holiday + Statutory holidays + Overtime rates + Company pension scheme after qualifying probation period + Company performance-related year-end bonus

Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:15am - 4:55pm

Our Client is an independently owned Label Manufacturer providing labels, tickets and tags to a variety of market sectors. Looking for an experienced Flexographic Label Printer to join the production team. This role involves producing high-quality printed labels to customer specifications while maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and excellent quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate flexographic printing presses for label production
• Ensure print quality meets customer and company standards
• Mix inks and match colours accurately
• Carry out routine machine maintenance and cleaning
• Monitor production output and minimise waste
• Complete job documentation and production records
• Work closely with pre-press and finishing departments
• Follow all health & safety and quality procedures

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Flexo Printer (label experience preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Good understanding of inks, substrates, and print processes
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Team player with a positive, flexible attitude
