💷 Salary: Up to £35,000 + Pension + Life Insurance + Excellent Benefits

🕒 Hours: Alternating Double Day Shift
* 6:00am - 1:30pm
* 1:30pm - 9:00pm

Our client is a highly innovative, independent label manufacturer supplying printed label solutions to a wide range of well-known brands across the drinks, brewery, healthcare, cosmetics, toiletries, and high-street retail sectors. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Flexo Label Printer or Digicon Operator to join their production team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, set up, and maintain flexographic label printing presses and/or Digicon finishing equipment
• Achieve and maintain high standards of colour accuracy, print quality, and consistency
• Carry out full job set-ups, including preparation of plates, inks, anilox rolls, and substrates
• Monitor machine performance, adjusting and carrying out basic fault-finding as required
• Perform in-process quality checks to ensure all work meets customer and company standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
• Work closely with production and management teams to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality output

About You:

• Previous experience within a manufacturing or print production environment (labels experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of production processes and machinery operation
• Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on quality
• A team player with good communication skills and the ability to work to production targets
• Flexible approach, with willingness to work overtime when required
• Must have the right to work in the UK
