LOCATION SOUTH LONDON

SALARY: £35K + Pension + Life Insurance + Benefits

Hours: Alternating Double Day shift pattern: 6am - 1.30pm / 1.30pm - 9pm

Our client is an independent highly innovative printed labels company supplying products to a range of household names within the drinks, brewery, healthcare, cosmetics, toiletries and high street retail markets.

Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain flexographic label printing machines
Ensure colour accuracy, print quality, and consistency
Set up and make ready print jobs: prepare plates, ink, anilox rolls, etc.
Monitor machine performance, make adjustments, and perform basic troubleshooting
Conduct quality checks throughout production; maintain clean and safe working practices
Working closely with the production and management team to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results

About You:

Experience in a manufacturing environment
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and operating machinery
Strong attention to detail and quality assurance mindset
Good communication skills, ability to work in a team under production targets
Flexibility to work overtime when required
You must be eligible to work in the UK
