HOURS: MONDAY - FRIDAY 8AM - 4:30PM (WORK FROM HOME FRIDAYS)

Our client is family run printer & converter of Flexible packaging they specialise in the manufacture of polyethene and polypropylene bags and film they have a strong reputation for delivering high-quality products with a customer centric approach.

They are looking to recruit a Customer Service Rep / Estimator to join their team. You will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Daily tasks include answering customer calls, responding to emails, producing customer quotations, processing customer orders, resolving complaints and collaborating with other departments to improve service delivery.

The chosen candidate will have:

• Experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction
• Ability to enhance Customer Experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial
• Must be familiar with Office 365, experience of Sage may be advantageous
