CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE / ACCOUNT HANDLER - PRINT & PACKAGING
GREATER LEEDS / WEST YORKSHIRE
Attractive Salary based on experience plus benefits package: Company pension scheme (5%), Death in Service benefit, Free Parking, 23 days holidays plus Bank Holidays.
Monday to Friday: Working 8.00am till 5.00pm (Some flexibility on start / finish times.)
An opportunity has arisen for a driven and personable Account Handler to join a thriving and growing customer service team within the print and packaging industry. This is a fast-paced, rewarding role where you'll work closely with the Sales team and key clients to ensure top-tier service delivery across a variety of sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the external Sales Team to deliver outstanding customer service
* Act as the main point of contact for client communications, both internally and externally
* Take briefs, raise orders, and liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth job progress
* Monitor production schedules, updating clients and resolving any issues proactively
* Work collaboratively to identify cost or process improvements
* Manage client expectations and maintain strong customer relationships
* Administrative support including quoting, order processing, and reporting
What The Company is Looking For:
* Experience in print, packaging, or artwork is highly desirable
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
* Confident, personable, and adaptable under pressure
* Knowledge of Tharstern MIS or estimating experience would be a plus (training provided)
* High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively
