CUSTOMER ACCOUNT MANAGER / COMMERCIAL BUSINESS MANAGER

Salary: £33K - £35k (OTE) + Bonus + Benefits (Healthcare, Dental, Pension Contribution, 23 Days Holiday rising to 28, £2M Monthly Bonus Scheme, Development Plan, Growth Shares, Private Healthcare after 3 years, Social Events & More)

Hours: Monday - Thursday 9:00am - 5:30pm / Friday 9:00am - 5pm

They are seeking a Customer Account Manager / Commercial Business Manager to join their team.

The chosen candidate will ideally be in the packaging industry however my client will look at candidates with experience in Sale Support from other industries

The Role / Requirements:

• Work with the Customer Business Manager team and Area Sales Manager to support customer needs.
• Manage accounts: orders, stock, requirements, and share proactive market insights.
• Deliver excellent customer service and grow account contribution.
• Build strong client relationships via phone, email, and site visits (progressing to managing your own accounts).
• Keep customers updated on market and product developments.
• Driving licence and own transport required (pool cars available).
• Packaging experience desirable but not essential-full product training provided.
