Our client is part of a global group with a turnover exceeding £400 million, specialising in the production of wet glue and self-adhesive labels, as well as flexographic, digital, and fully embellished solutions. They supply premium Food, Drinks, and other markets, including Nutraceutical, Chemicals, and FMCG sectors.

This role focuses on managing and growing accounts with a key emphasis on delivering exceptional service to existing customers and driving growth by meeting new business sales objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring growth and satisfaction.
• Drive new business development across target markets, building strategic relationships.
• Promote a diverse product range, including wet glue and self-adhesive labels, fully embellished options, and digital/flexo solutions.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service and delivery.
• Plan and present tailored solutions to prospective clients.
• Monitor sales performance and report progress to the leadership team.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience in the labels industry, with a strong understanding of wet glue and / or self-adhesive solutions.
• Extensive knowledge of the Food, Drinks, and other Label user markets.
• A strong network of contacts within key sectors.
• Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Highly organised, proactive, and goal-driven with a proven sales track record.
• Full UK driving license and willingness to travel extensively across the region.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CRM tools.
