We're looking for a driven, ambitious Business Development Manager to join a fast-growing full-service print house. The clients portfolio includes digital, litho, wide format, branded clothing, and cartons / packaging. But where the real growth (and opportunity for you) is happening is in cartons and packaging, especially in food, confectionery, cosmetics, gifting, and pharma.

What you'll be doing

• Hunting for new business
• Selling across a complete product range with a focus on cartons / packaging.
• Building strong client relationships in fast-moving, exciting sectors (food, pharma, cosmetics, gifting, and more).
• Driving growth

What they're looking for

• A hunter mindset - you love winning new business and thrive on targets.
• Experience in B2B sales (print / packaging experience is great, but if you've sold into similar sectors, we want to talk).
• Confidence, resilience, and the ability to sell consultatively.
• Midlands-based and happy to travel across the UK.
• Hungry, ambitious, and ready to build something big.
