Our client is a well-established, family-run print and mail services business with a strong reputation built on long-term relationships, reliability and doing things properly. They are now looking to bring in an experienced Business Development Manager to help drive the next phase of growth.
The Role / Candidate Requirements:
- Proactively identifying and winning new business within print, mail and related services
- Managing and developing existing customer accounts, spotting opportunities to increase value and retention
- Building long-term relationships with clients
- Understanding client requirements in detail and tailoring solutions accordingly
- Managing your own pipeline, forecasting, and activity with autonomy and accountability
- Proven experience in a Business Development or Account Management role within print, mail, or a closely related sector
- Commercially minded, with the confidence to have meaningful conversations rather than selling on price alone
- Self-motivated and organised, able to manage your time across both new business and account development
