Our client is a well-established, family-run print and mail services business with a strong reputation built on long-term relationships, reliability and doing things properly. They are now looking to bring in an experienced Business Development Manager to help drive the next phase of growth.

The Role / Candidate Requirements:

  • Proactively identifying and winning new business within print, mail and related services
  • Managing and developing existing customer accounts, spotting opportunities to increase value and retention
  • Building long-term relationships with clients
  • Understanding client requirements in detail and tailoring solutions accordingly
  • Managing your own pipeline, forecasting, and activity with autonomy and accountability
  • Proven experience in a Business Development or Account Management role within print, mail, or a closely related sector
  • Commercially minded, with the confidence to have meaningful conversations rather than selling on price alone
  • Self-motivated and organised, able to manage your time across both new business and account development
