BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - GRAPHICS & SIGNAGE
Location: UK - Homebased or Hybrid (depending on location)
Salary: £Open (DOE) + Commission + Car / Car Allowance + other Benefits TBD

Our client is a well-established provider of high-quality graphics and signage solutions based in the Northwest, supplying major brands, retail environments, commercial spaces, and outdoor applications across the UK. They are investing in growth and seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with an active customer base to join their expanding team.
You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities across the UK within the large format print, signage, and branded environments sector. This role requires someone who already has strong industry contacts and can bring active relationships into the business from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business within the signage, graphics, and large format print sectors.
- Leverage existing client relationships to introduce new revenue streams.
- Identify, target, and convert prospects across retail, commercial, events, construction, and corporate sectors.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close.
- Work collaboratively with internal production and project teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements.
- Deliver regular sales reporting, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
- Promote the company's full range of signage and graphic solutions.
About You:
- Proven experience in signage, graphics, large format print, or visual communications sales.
- You MUST have an active client base and strong network within the industry.
- Demonstrable track record of winning and developing new business.
- Able to work autonomously in a homebased or hybrid setup.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Motivated, results-driven, and commercially astute.
