Our client is a leading flexible packaging manufacturer who extrudes, converts and prints inhouse. They work with customers across a range of sectors including (but not limited to) food, fresh produce, bakery, personal care and agriculture.
The business is investing in new products and machinery as part of its continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to join their team. They have a very solutions-driven mindset when customers bring new ideas or requirements, the team looks at how it could work technically rather than immediately ruling it out.
The client is flexible on the candidates location, with occasional visits to their office. You'll have full autonomy to manage your own diary, whether that means spending more time on the road or working from home, it's a trust-based environment.
