They provide high-quality printed and unprinted pouches, sachets and bags to a wide range of markets. Known for their fast turnaround, flexible manufacturing capabilities, strong technical support and customer-focused approach, they work closely with brands to deliver innovative, cost-effective and sustainable packaging solutions.
With strong expertise across food / beverage, pet food, pharmaceutical and medical sectors, the business continues to invest heavily in technology, materials and sustainability, positioning them as a trusted long-term partner.
You will play a key role in identifying, winning and developing new customer relationships, working closely with internal technical and customer service teams to deliver outstanding service and packaging solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new opportunities within existing customer base
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline, converting leads into long-term customers
- Act as a trusted packaging solutions partner, advising customers on material selection, formats, barrier properties and sustainability options
- Drive growth within food, coffee, pet food, medical and nutraceutical markets
- Deliver product presentations, training and technical guidance to customers where required
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to commercial negotiation and account development
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts and reports for senior management
- Represent the business professionally at industry events, exhibitions and client meetings
- Responsibility to support customer base with product selection and product training where necessary
