My client is a leading manufacturer of innovative flexible packaging solutions serving the food industry across Europe. Specialising in high-performance, sustainable and customised packaging designed to protect products, extend shelf life and enhance brand presence.

As part of the companies growth, they are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with key decision-makers and promoting the companies flexible packaging solutions to food manufacturers and brand owners.

This role requires a strategic sales professional with strong knowledge of the food packaging market and the ability to manage complex B2B sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with food manufacturers across Italy.
• Promote and sell the company's portfolio of flexible packaging solutions including printed films, laminates and sustainable packaging formats.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and contract closure.
• Collaborate with internal teams (technical, R&D, production and customer service) to develop tailored packaging solutions for clients.
