A well-established, independent UK label manufacturer who is continuing to invest heavily in digital print technology (with Domino, HP and ABG Digicon capabilities). As part of their growth plans, they're now looking to appoint a home-based Business Development Manager to develop new business across Scotland, focusing on core market sectors: Food & Drink, Cosmetics and Nutrition.

The Role:

• Home-based position, reporting directly to the Sales Manager
• Focused on new business development across the Scottish region
• Targeting core markets including food & drink, cosmetics, and nutrition, with scope to expand into additional sectors
• Arrange and attend client meetings, presenting tailored solutions
• Manage the full sales process from initial contact through to close
• Build strong relationships and deliver a high level of customer service
• Occasional travel to the centrally based office (approx. once a fortnight)

What We're Looking For:

• Proven B2B sales experience within labels or print
• Strong track record of winning new business
• Confident communicator with a consultative sales approach
• Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working remotely
• Strong work ethic and ability to manage your own territory
