Our client is a well-respected and established signage company in Leicestershire, they are recruiting for a full-time position available for an experienced Business Development / Sales Account Manager who has worked in signage before to support as they expand further.
Our client is seeking a results-driven candidate to drive growth in the signage sector and reignite dormant accounts. The ideal candidate will have experience in signage solutions, a proven track record in generating new business, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the signage market.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- *Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities.
- Represent the business at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management in signage, construction, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of signage solutions and project lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
Preferred Skills:
- Established network within the signage sector.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Familiarity with design and installation processes for signage.
