Salary: Starting from £15.00 per hour + Overtime paid at 1.25x + Workplace Pension + Health Cash Plan + Death in Service + Tech Scheme + Cycle to Work Scheme + Ongoing development and training opportunities

Hours of Work: 6:00am - 6:00pm 3 x 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours total)

We are recruiting for a leading print solutions provider known for producing high-quality print across a wide range of sectors including commercial print, packaging, and specialist applications. With continued investment in modern equipment and technology, the business offers a professional and forward-thinking production environment.

Due to ongoing growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Bindery Folder Operator to join the team, working on Heidelberg Stahl folding machines.

This role is ideal for a skilled finishing Operator looking to work with high-spec equipment in a fast-paced production setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and maintain Heidelberg Stahl folders
• Produce folded work to high-quality standards and tight tolerances
• Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and in line with production schedules
• Carry out routine maintenance and machine checks
• Troubleshoot and resolve folding or machine issues
• Work closely with the finishing and production teams
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
• Follow all health, safety, and quality procedures

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience operating folder/bindery machinery
• Experience with Heidelberg Stahl folders highly desirable
• Strong understanding of folding techniques and finishing processes
• High attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and able to work 12-hour day shifts
