ACCOUNT MANAGER - DIGITAL PRINT & DIRECT MAIL

£30K - £40K (DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE) + BONUS STRUCTURE

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established Direct Mail & Print Company based in London. They are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their friendly and fast-paced team, managing a portfolio of key clients and supporting the delivery of high-quality print solutions across a wide range of projects.

As an Account Manager, you'll act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard. You'll manage day-to-day client communication, coordinate with production teams and proactively identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle incoming enquiries, quotes and orders, ensuring smooth workflow from brief to delivery.
• Liaise closely with internal production and design teams to ensure jobs are accurately produced and delivered on schedule.
• Provide technical advice on print specifications, materials and finishes.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling additional services.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and update CRM/order management systems.
• Previous experience in print account management, ideally within digital print or direct mail would be of an advantage
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
