Our client is a successful digital print, production and installation company based in Birmingham with fantastic access to local road, tram and rail networks. Their reputation is built upon providing a trusted, honest and accurate service and product. They've expanded organically every year in our 20 plus year history and this year has proven they need even more help to continue their growth!

Working within a Team in the Client Services Department, you'll be one of the first contacts for client enquiries. Based on your minimum of two years' experience of a similar role, you'll be aware that this role essentially challenges your technical knowledge and your practical skills and requires an ability, even when under pressure, to always liaise positively with your clients, colleagues and suppliers to gain their trust and confidence.

A Summary of the Role and Ideal Professional Attributes:

  • You'll receive queries from a range of clients from Sole Traders to Blue Chip organisations.
  • Confidently understand a job brief and recommend the operative materials and processes suitable for each specific facet.
  • Produce accurate estimates considering all computations of standard and innovative techniques using a bespoke MIS. Software, Microsoft Excel and other standard business software packages.
  • A basic understanding of the Adobe Suite and other CAD programs would be beneficial.
  • You'll follow up your client estimates maintaining a high rate of conversion to order.
  • You'll then book the work into the workflow ensuring all elements are catered for and oversee the job's successful journey through the business through to completion with assistance from every necessary colleague and company department.
  • A key skill will be liaising with outsourced suppliers where required and ensuring they achieve exactly what's needed within budget and on time.
  • Understanding the application of various types logistical methods such as the post, carriers, couriers and hauliers to ensure projects are successfully delivered on time.
  • Develop your skills and share knowledge with your colleagues in all aspects of small and wide format print production and application and related services.
  • You'll ideally be confident in organising On Site Graphic Fitting Teams and arranging the hire of access equipment.
