Salary: Competitive - Open Depending on Experience (DOE) + Overtime

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Our client is a well-established and respected signage manufacturer, supplying high-quality signage and graphics solutions to customers across a wide range of industries. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Vinyl / Graphics Applicator to join their production team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail who enjoys hands-on work within a busy manufacturing environment.

The Role: Working within the production department, you will be responsible for the accurate application of vinyl graphics to a variety of substrates, ensuring all work is completed to a consistently high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Applying self-adhesive vinyl graphics to aluminium composite panels, acrylic, PVC and other signage materials.
• Laminating printed graphics using both manual and laminating machinery.
• Preparing panels and substrates prior to vinyl application.
• Trimming, finishing and quality checking completed work.
• Reading and interpreting job sheets and artwork specifications.
• Assisting with the production of signage and display graphics.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Working to production deadlines whilst maintaining exceptional quality standards.
• Supporting colleagues across the production department where required.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience applying vinyl graphics within the signage or large format print industry.
• Confident working with large panels and oversized graphics.
• Experience using laminating equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
• Good manual dexterity and practical skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude with a flexible approach to overtime when required.
• Experience using application tapes, squeegees and trimming tools would be advantageous.
