SIGN MAKER / CNC ROUTER ESSEX

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

£Negotiable (Depending on Experience) + Overtime

Our client is looking for an experienced and motivated Sign Maker to join their team, with specific expertise in operating a CNC Router. This is a full-time, on-site role, ideal for someone with a strong background in sign production who takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities / Requirements:

• Operate and maintain CNC router equipment for sign production
• Interpret and work from design files, drawings, and templates
• Fabricate signs using a range of materials (e.g. acrylic, PVC, wood, aluminium)
• Carry out finishing processes including assembly, painting, and vinyl application
• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to meet project deadlines
• Keep the workspace clean, organised, and compliant with health & safety protocols
• Proven experience in operating CNC routers
• Solid understanding of sign-making materials and techniques
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and job specifications
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Self-motivated with good time management skills
• Flexibility to work overtime when required
