Our client, a leading large-format print and signage company, is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to manage and grow a major client account. This role combines field-based client visits across the UK with office-based coordination, ensuring projects are delivered smoothly while building strong long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a key national client account
• Build relationships with stakeholders and identify growth opportunities
• Conduct site visits, surveys, and oversee signage projects from quote to installation
• Manage orders, timelines, and communication between client and internal teams
• Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling
• Resolve issues quickly and maintain high service standards

Requirements

• Proven Account Management experience (signage or large-format print preferred)
• Experience managing large, multi-site accounts
• Strong commercial awareness and organisational skills
• Confident communicator able to work independently
• Full UK driving licence

Desirable

• Knowledge of signage materials and production
• Experience with brand guidelines, CRM systems, or leisure/local authority clients
