Our client is a specialist in high-quality labelling, packaging and garment accessories. They provide their clients with a full range of products, including bespoke labels, packaging solutions, and garment accessories, serving a variety of market sectors predominantly fashion, retail, and luxury goods. As our client is a small team, there is the opportunity to progress into a more senior level role.

They are currently looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong B2B relationships, and wants to make a real impact on business growth. As part of a small, close-knit team, you'll have direct influence on driving our sales and shaping the future of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities and expand existing accounts within the fashion, workwear, and retail sectors
  • Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Promote our product range, including woven labels, swing tickets, care content, trims (buttons, elastic), sustainable gift packaging, and e-commerce solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry to order completion, ensuring excellent customer service at every stage
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager and internal teams to identify growth opportunities and support business development strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client interactions, and pipeline updates

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in fashion, retail or related sectors
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a small team environment
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to identify and take on new business opportunities
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service and exceeding sales targets
