Our client is a textile printing, garment decoration and screen printing company based in the South East. They offer a range of garment decoration including screen printing, embroidery and vinyl heat transfer. They also provide clients with print, business cards, exhibition graphics, vehicle graphics and signage.

They are currently looking to recruit a Sales & Account Executive to join their team, the role is pivotal to the success of the company. Reporting to both the Sales Director and the Operations Director, driving sales and maintaining client relationships. The chosen candidate will manage their own workload, assist the Sales Director with delegated leads, and contribute to the organisation's growth by obtaining new clients and projects through various means. You will be given a portfolio of existing clients to manage.

Responsibilities / Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a sales or account management role, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Manage existing clients, ensuring they continue to work with the company by maintaining strong relationships and high satisfaction levels.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding of production processes and the ability to collaborate effectively with production teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in using macOS and Apple software
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, with the ability to create and edit designs.
  • Client Management: Managing your own workload and assisting the Sales Director with delegated leads. This includes being the first point of contact for walk-in customers, answering phone calls, and obtaining new clients and projects via their CRM.
