REWIND OPERATOR - LABELS

NORTH EAST LINCOLNSHIRE

£26 - 30K + Company Pension + Overtime

Shift Pattern:
Week 1 - Days: Monday to Friday 6am-2pm
Week 2 - Mix of afternoons/nights: Sunday to Thursday nights and Monday to Friday afternoons

Our client is recruiting for an experienced Rewind Operator / Finisher to join a well-established and growing print and packaging manufacturer.

This is a permanent full-time position working a rotating shift pattern, within a fast-paced production environment focused on high-quality label and print finishing.

The Role Will Involve:

• Operating rewind and inspection machinery
• Slitting reels to customer specifications
• Quality inspection using AVT systems
• Loading master reels and preparing finished reels
• Applying traceability and core labels
• Maintaining quality standards throughout production runs
• Following line clearance and health & safety procedures
• Basic machine maintenance and calibration duties

The company is looking for someone with previous inspection finishing or rewind operating experience within print, labels or packaging manufacturing. Strong attention to detail, good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a production team are essential.
