PROJECT MANAGER

SOUTH EAST

SALARY £30-40K (Depending on Experience) + Profit Related Bonus

Our client is a well-established provider of packaging materials and bespoke, sustainable packaging solutions. They supply a wide range of packaging including bespoke corrugated boxes, tapes, polythene bags, strapping, janitorial products, fitments, cartons, void fill products, pallet wraps, films, bubble wrap and foam products. Their aim is to be the go-to packaging partner for bespoke, compelling, and genuinely sustainable solutions for SMEs.

They are currently looking to recruit a Project Manager to join their team. You will be supporting their external sales team while managing all sales related projects and operational tasks. You will take ownership of critical projects, drive process improvements and ensure there is seamless execution of sales initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all sales-driven projects for an external sales professional, ensuring timely execution and impact
• Develop and enforce structured processes that optimise efficiency and sales performance
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (design, technical, purchasing, operations) to support the sales process
• Keep track of deadlines, follow up on action items, and ensure accountability for all moving parts
• Oversee CRM data accuracy, reporting, and documentation to support sales strategies
• Act as the primary point of contact for the customer
• Communicate and coordinate with the external salesperson to keep the winning strategy up to date
• Drive adoption of new sales tools and technologies to enhance productivity

Requirements:

• Previous experience within the Packaging Industry, however not essential
• Experienced Managing Workflows
• Comfortable enforcing deadlines
• Highly organised with high level of communication skills
• Thrive working within a fast paced environment
