PROJECT MANAGER - SIGNS

Circa £45,000 DOE + Company Car or Car Allowance + Pension + Healthcare Benefits

Location: Midlands / Hybrid (office attendance required, with regular UK travel)

Our client is a well-established and highly respected signage manufacturer delivering high-quality branding, architectural signage and large-scale graphics projects for a diverse portfolio of national customers. With a full in-house offering covering design, manufacture, installation and project delivery, they have built an excellent reputation for quality, service and long-term client relationships.

Due to continued growth, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Sign Project Manager to join their successful team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Signage Project Manager who thrives on managing multiple projects simultaneously while delivering exceptional customer service.
Working closely with clients, suppliers, internal production teams and installation crews, you will take ownership of projects from initial handover through to successful completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple signage projects from enquiry through to installation and completion.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Carry out site surveys, take accurate measurements and assess installation requirements.
• Produce survey reports and ensure all technical information is communicated effectively.
• Liaise with design, estimating, production and installation teams to ensure projects run smoothly.
• Plan project schedules and monitor progress against agreed timescales.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and installation teams where required.
• Attend client meetings and provide regular project updates.
• Identify and resolve any project issues quickly and efficiently.
• Ensure projects remain within budget while maintaining quality standards.
• Ensure all works comply with Health & Safety legislation and company procedures.
• Conduct site visits during installations where necessary.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers through excellent communication and service.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Project Manager within the signage industry is essential.
• Strong technical knowledge of a wide range of signage products and manufacturing processes.
• Experience carrying out site surveys independently.
• Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving ability.
• Confident communicating with clients, suppliers and internal departments.
• Good understanding of installation methods and materials.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Willingness to travel across the UK when required.
