Project Manager And / Or Account Manager (Ref: SC3356)

Our client is a wide format print service provider specialising in larger projects and dye sublimated textiles. They print onto almost any substrate including rigid medias. Combined with a full project management team their turnkey approach makes us one of the leaders in their field.

They are currently looking to bolster their PM and AM teams, they will consider experienced Project Managers and Account Managers and also look at Junior candidates looking for career progression.

AM Responsibilities:

  • Experience in the Signs, Large Format, Digital or Displays industry is desirable
  • Experience dealing with clients in the property / heritage industry would be of an advantage however not essential
  • Manage all aspects of a customer relationships to retain and develop their business
  • Deal with any customer issues and ensure issues are rectified and charged appropriately
  • Process all customer orders efficiently and accurately on the order processing system
  • Liaise with customers via email, telephone and face-to-face
  • Liaise with all departments to ensure smooth running of the project
  • The role is mainly office based, however there will be occasion visit to client sites
  • Tech savvy with the ability to formulate spread sheets
  • Strong understanding of what makes good customer service
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good understanding of the different materials and substrates
  • Enjoy working in a team and building strong relationships within the business
  • Confident and personable nature
  • Able to meet strict deadlines
  • Conduct site surveys when needed

PM Responsibilities:

  • Seeing projects from the start right through to completion
  • Site Surveys
  • Visit and liaise with clients onsite
  • Help manage key accounts
  • The candidate must have large format or signage knowledge, attention to detail, spot on admin and good client facing skills.
  • Good product and direct to media knowledge are a must
  • Provide the highest quality of customer experience to meet the business plan and maximise profits
  • Maintaining contact with customers on a regular basis
  • Liaising with internal departments as and when required
  • Grow and develop existing accounts
  • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times
  • Excellent communication and rapport building skills
  • Ability to establish needs of others in order to provide the right product
