PRINT FINISHER - GUILLOTINE & FOLDER OPERATOR (Ref: PT3276)

Salary £Open DOE, Pension, holidays increasing with service, free parking and uniform

Overtime Monday-Friday paid at 1.25x, Friday overtime when working the late shift paid at 1.5x. Saturday overtime paid at 1.5x for the first 6 hours, then 2.0x thereafter. Sunday overtime paid at 2.0x.

Working Hours: The position operates on a rotating double-day shift pattern:
Week 1 - EARLY SHIFT - Monday-Thursday: 5:30am-1:30pm / Friday: 5:30am-3:30pm
Week 2 - LATE SHIFT - Monday-Thursday: 12 noon-10:30pm / Friday: DAY OFF

We're recruiting for a skilled Print Finisher to join a well-established trade print business, supporting its busy production operation.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on experience operating guillotines and folding machinery who takes pride in producing high-quality work, maintaining accuracy and ensuring production deadlines are met.

Working as part of an experienced production team, you'll play an important role in the finishing process, ensuring printed materials are completed to specification and ready for despatch.

As a Print Finisher, your responsibilities will include:

• Operating guillotines and folding machinery within a busy print production environment.
• Setting up and running finishing equipment to meet job specifications.
• Ensuring finished products meet required quality standards and tolerances.
• Checking job tickets and production instructions to ensure accuracy.
• Monitoring production output and maintaining efficient workflow.
• Carrying out quality checks throughout the finishing process.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Working collaboratively with the wider production team to meet deadlines.
